At Customer's Site
Regardless of whether a machine standstill has been planned or not: It is important to have a competent service partner. In cases of machine standstill, a rapid availability of a service engineer who is familiar with customer’s machinery and the necessary work steps is of top priority. The K & K service engineers are available for service work at our customer’s facilities all over the world. Already before the arrival of our service staff, we inform our customers by e-mail or phone on the necessary preliminary work to be done by customer in order to reduce the period of repair as much as possible.
When it’s possible to reach the customer’s facilities by car, we bring along our special tools needed for the work. If our service engineers have to come by plane, we send in advance a toolbox by forwarding agency or express service to our customer’s site to ensure that all necessary tools and devices are available when our service engineer arrives. So, the repair job can start immediate and our customers save a lot of time and money for a possible procurement or making of special assembly tools.
